Pavy x Rage
A few weeks ago we were digging Pavy’s “Peer Pressure” video which was beyond dope. We stumbled upon his Twitter and saw this new video “Rage”. This is a contrast to Peer Pressure which talked about the influence of peers to engage in a smoking session, this one shows the other side of Pavy. Check out the video and tell us what you think!

Dave Coresh x Lana Del Ray
Dave Coresh hits us up with another visual shot by the upcoming videography crew THC. This video shows Dave’s energetic stage presence as the band kills. Spitting hip-hop esque bars over a rock influenced track is something unexpected. We haven’t heard a dope mash up between both genres like this in a while! Dave Coresh is definitely getting us excited! Check out the video!

UP.
The properly titled track “Up” from the homie JmoefrmdaBAM receives an equally proper video. Shot and edited by Cholie of High Visions, this one is smooth. With a couple gorgeous Fe’s with him in the video, Jmoe covers Usher’s “Climax” for a decent joint. Dope.
From the desk of The Lowkey Truth:
Rockie Fresh has yet again stunned the Chicago area with a free concert at the Hard Rock Cafe on May 16, 2012. Just coming off of tour, Rockie makes a stop at home to make sure his fans still know that he rocks with them.
The songs performed were off of the Driving 88 mixtape that was dropped at the beginning of the year, still availiable on DatPiff.com with over 25k downloads.
Rockie also suprised his fans with a new song, Backdown, which will be featured on an upcoming mixtape in the work RIGHT NOW.
Shoutout to Hustle Simmons, YP, and Red Eye Chicago.

Coolin’ Cat
Even though we are starting to get tired of the “Pretty Flacko” & the “I Don’t Like” covers we are rocking with this one from the homie St. Millie. This track won’t appear on his upcoming mixtape NoReligionButUp, being released sometime this summer, but it’s a nice visual for the freestyle!
SWGR.
Its been a minute since we’ve seen some new visuals from the homie UCOBY. With that being said, here is the video for the track “SWGR” (Smokin Weed Getting Rich) off of his latest project Weekdays & Weekends. UCOBY is definitely putting on for the city with this one. Dope.
“30”
With 10/86 Vol. 2 dropping soon, Jig Dolla keeps the visuals coming. Shot right off of Homan and Ohio, this one is called ”30” and is definitely one for the Westside.
Out of Nothing.
Here’s some new visuals from Chicago duo D. Meeks & Mikey Streetz. Off of their recently released project The Treehouse, this one is called “Out of Nothing” with production from Ky-IL. Featuring Cashtro Crosby, this one was shot during SXSW a few weeks ago. Dope.
My Gear.
The buzz surrounding Chicago’s own Chief Keef is incredible right now. Everybody from Kanye West to little suburban kids in Cali are checking to see what Keef has going on. With that being said, here is his latest video to the track “My Gear” featuring Riff Raff. 2 people you would probably never imagine on a track together link up for something pretty epic.
Slaughterhouse @ Intersection
Those of you who might not be familiar Slaughterhouse, now signed with Shady Records, is the group that “Jumpoff” Joe budden found, made up of 4 lyrical geniuses from BX, D-town, Long Beach, and of course New Jersey. They came through Grand Rapids last week and shutdown the intersection. Also got to chop it up with local up and coming artist the Seventh who was the opening act. Be on the lookout for Slaughterhouse album dropping real soon. As for the show they definitely put one on. Never had so many metaphors thrown at me so fast lol. Enjoy.
